The Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) is developing training and assessments specifically for motor dealership staff to allow them to achieve certain standards, which demonstrate their competences.
We worked with 'Get the Edge', a highly regarded motor industry training organisation, to set up a new assessment centre. This has been accredited by the IMI and we are now providing regular appraisals for sales and customer care to the motor industry.
We are currently helping the London Borough of Enfield reduce the contamination they are getting in their recycling bins.
