A couple of our clients in Suffolk have been changing from free to paid for garden waste collections. We have been helping them with the promotional materials, including:
- Letters to all households
- Newspaper advertising
- Vehicle livery
- Bin hangers
- Reminder stickers
A lot of councils seem to be going from free to paid for garden waste collections with the aim of saving money. We have also had an enquiry in the last couple of days from a London Borough to help change the collections from weekly to fortnightly as an alternative to introducing a paid for collection.
